Apartment Review for Yorktown Colony Apartments - Dayton, OH

Within living in Yorktown Colony for half of a year, our car has been broken into twice. The first time smashing a window, stealing a GPS and an iPod. The second stealing change and an AM/FM converter for an iPod. Also, I was walking my dog when a young man approached me. He followed me home, I shut the fenced in back gate and locked the backdoor before continuing inside. I turned around, and the man was at the door, staring through the window. Our townhouse's door was lose at the bottom, allowing big black crickets in. Around 2 months later, we had a new door. Our neighbors are Russican, and very loud. They entertain people, along with smoking pot outside of their back door. After calling the office, nothing was done about it. Evidently it's 100% okay to smoke pot in this apartment complex. Poor service. Poor neighbors. I've left the townhouse, and am currently living at Woodman Park apartments and still paying for my townhouse there, since it's too costly to break the lease.
