Apartment Review for Wilmington House Apartments - Dayton, OH

Everything about living here was pleasant. The rent was very reasonable; the owners, staff and neighbors were all very pleasant and friendly; there was always ample parking. The only noise we ever dealt with was the elementary school next door: school bells and sounds of children playing at recess. The thing that made is the best though was the staff. When a maintenance issue did arise (which was rare), the response was prompt and attentive. The owners had a great presence on the properties, keeping in touch with the neighbors, landscaping and maintaining, even encouraging us to do a little gardening of our own in front of the apartment! I cannot recommend it highly enough.
