Apartment Review for Wilmington House Apartments - Dayton, OH

As a student at UD I have found this the perfect off campus place to live! It is very close to UD and all the amenities I would ever need. It is generally very quiet and at most times I can't even tell that I am living in an apartment. The private enterance adds to the feeling that I am not living in an apartment complex. My one bedroom is large enough that I have more space than I need. The bedroom and living room are extremely spacious and allow for plenty of storage. The onsite management and maintenance are great and such nice people! They are always extremely helpful whether it is for moving in or simple maintenance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment near UD!
