Apartment Review for Wilmington House Apartments - Dayton, OH

Wilmington House community has a small neighborhood feel to it. The nice landscaping and generous porches make great opportunities to say hello to neighbors. Although in a prime location off Wilmington there is very little noise from the road. My apartment is in great shape it has been well maintained. There is a surprising amount of storage space for a 1bedroom apartment. However, the best part of Wilmington House is the onsite management. Very helpful to me as I rented the apartment using the internet and phone before I moved to Ohio.
