Apartment Review for Waynedale Circle Apartments - Dayton, OH

Please save your $475 and look for something else. Kathy have no true respect for others nor customer service experience..I will try to make this short...but I notice after I moved in that there was few bugs in my home...I took a sample to her to show her and she told me that they were "spiders" which I didn't believe her so I hired my own exterminators to see what was going on in my home and he told me that I had "bud bugs"!!!! I was disgusted and pissed. He even told me that the bugs were here before I moved in two months before. When I tried to give her the proof she refuse to act professional and said that it was impossible and told me it was my faught and that I would have to pay for her team to come out to exterminate...Are you serious?! Then she had the nerve to tell me not to tell anyone becuase she don't want any tenent moving out!! This lady thought I was really stupid o_O I had to trash all my things and start over(of course I moved out of that hell hole).Little do she know...My lawyer is working on this matter now. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE EVEN THOUGH THE RENT MAY BE CHEAP...YOU BEEN WARN!
