Apartment Review for Timber Ridge - Dayton, OH

Her name is Kim. She is horrible, barely available at the office. I lived here for over a year. After I moved out, she sent me a bill for changing whole new carpet for whole living room and kitchen areas. I just dropped CAKE MIX on the small kitchen carpet area just a day before I moved out. I did not have enough time to clean it really well. I called and told her about the mess after I moved out. She did not tell me that she'd change whole carpet. She said I could not get back the deposit $200. I was ok with that even I was happy. Then I received a letter asked me for another $750. When I asked her, she said it could not be washed and she had to changed whole carpet??!!! I was shocked. But I did not want to hurt my credit, so I accepted to pay. However, I called her and left messages to work out the deal so MANY TIMES. I did not have that much money at the time, so I wanted to pay it 3 times. She never returned the callS. And then I received debt collection calls. All I can say that that old lady still work here. All she cares is how to make you move in!!! After that, she doesnt care!!! SHE IS ATHE MOST HORRBLE BITCH I ever met. Please watch out. If you call the lease office, the voice mail greeting is HER VOICE, KIM!!!!
