Clean & Safe but NOISY and NO PRIVACY!

If you like living where you feel like everyone is watching you all the time(including the office staff who walks around and seems to be peering in), and living in a space with paper thin walls so that a neighbor's tv keeps you up at night, then this is for you. Yes it's clean and safe, but the trade off is added paranoia and headache.  Need to rent an apartment?
