Apartment Review for The Knolls Apartments - Dayton, OH

I have lived at the Knolls for a 1.5 years, and I first thought that it was an awesome apartment, until we had all kinds of maintence issues. First we couldn't use our dryer because the vent was clogged-we had to wait over 6mos for them to clear it out, Our master bedroom bathroom ceiling has been leaking the whole entire time of our stay-it is quite annoying to be sitting on the pot and having some kind of liquid drip on you. We had our kitchen flooded-water was pooring down our cabinets and ceiling, we can't use our hallway light because there is water dripping from the light fixture, one of the bedroom's window isn't sealed anymore, so whenever it rains or the snow melts, someone gets a wet bed. We have yet to have full light in our kitchen, they are suppose to replace the fluorescent light bulbs that our in the kitchen. Our patio is always full of leaves, and junk because they blow the leaves onto our patio. We can hear our neighbors every move. There is a car sitting right outside our door that hasn't moved since we been here. Point blank, at least the building that we live in, is run down, the maintance man are not on top of things. I also think that the next renters after us, will be having the same problems. There is also dirt in front of our apartment, when we moved in a 1.5 yrs ago, they we're fixing something, they have yet to plant grass or shubbery.
