Apartment Review for The Knolls Apartments - Dayton, OH

Not insulated well at all, electric and gas bills high, can sometimes hear people talking in other apartments?!?! Office personel is not very friendly at all. Maintenance is not good they take a long time to fix simple things. I called for maintenance once and they never showed up! 4 days later i fixed the issue myself! The one good thing i can say is that it is a quiet community. The location is good. They raise the rent every time the lease is up. First time was 15 dollars second time 50 dollars. But they did give me a gift for renewing my lease the second time but i would have rather had no raise in my rent! They used to do preventative maintenance twice a year but since the new management took over that went out the window!
