Pros: Nice owners, fair price, speedy (but kind of angry) maintenance people, nice neighbors, clean unit, easy temp. control, the grounds have nice amenities, lots of trees/flowers, pet friendly. Cons: Other than a horribly weak shower head there is really nothing at all to complain about.  Need to rent an apartment?
