Apartment Review for Sycamore Square Apartments - Dayton, OH

Lived here for 5 months now. New carpet and fresh paint when I moved in. I have a 1 bedroom with dining room. A little cluttered if you have alot of stuff due to all the radiators. Never had any major maintence problems other than stove not working and a clogged drain. They fixed the problems very quickly for me. Place is almost too quiet for me. I'm young and like to hang out with friends on nice nights. I'm probably the noisy neighbor. Have spotted the peeping tom spoken of in another review on several occasions. I would be suprised if it is the same guy but there definitlty is one lurking around. I have confronted him with a couple of friends and he hasn't been back since. The apartment mangager had a spot light installed next to the window that I always saw him looking in. The police have been driving through alot checking the area.
