Apartment Review for Stoneridge Rental Community - Dayton, OH

The Management Team are terrific! Having lived at a complex where there was no maintenance for the tenants, I'm amazed with the quick attention to the few problems I reported, no matter how small. It's really a community here too, with newsletters, contests, free furance filters (they'll put them in if you can't) & now with free membership at a local Health Club! Karen, the Manager, & the rest of her Staff treat people like they are part of their family.It's safe, comfortable, in a park-like setting too!
