They do not turn all of the utilities over into your name. They are associated with a company in Columbus called Heartland Regional Power Company…which is not a power company at all. Be aware of the extra costs associated with the “power company.” There is a wide range of people in these apartments, from professional to shady. You will notice a big turn over in the staff. It would be a hard job to be the middle person between the owners of this place and some of the upset patrons. All I can say is read the lease over and over before you sign anything! They will nickel and dime you to death. You are better off going to a more professional apartment complex.
