Apartment Review for Stillwater Landing - Dayton, OH

When I firtst moved to Stillwater Landing, it seemed like a nice little community. But then came the mice, roaches and "anyone with a deposit can get in neighbors". There does not seem to be a screening process. Maintenance did take care of the unwanted pests that weren't paying rent. And although there's a big trash can for waste, neighbors leave bags of trash by their front doors with no recourse. It's like living in a ghetto. Projects managed by DeSota Bass keep up their apprearances better than this place. When my lease is up, I'm definitely moving. The office manager slacks. When there was a substitute while she was recovering from an accident, the substitute took care of a problem for me within my lunch hour that the office manager hadn't taken care of in two weeks. The reason I titled this "It Could Be Better", that's because it could if there was a new office manager who actually cared about the place. This person does not live there so she could care less about what goes on when she's gone. I used to have high regards for her when I first came there, but I can see it was just for show. Good luck to anyone who chooses to move here.
