Apartment Review for Spring Hill Apartments - Dayton, OH

Occasional vandalism happens when the kids are bored. Kids hang out in the middle of the street when you drive and they wont move. Neighbors are semi friendly, but will park in your parking space on a regular level. Maintenance is swift when there is an issue. However, I would never let him in my unit if someone wasn't there -- he just looks shifty. Manger is shady herself even though she tries hard to come off as friendly. She has had MANY complaints about how she over charges on the water bill, and I must agree she does. If you dont catch her she will give you a late fee every month on your water bill. And when you call the water company they will tell you its her prerogative to charge that fee or not. Just a sad crime really. Overall if you've lived on the west side of town, then this place will seem like an upgrade. But if you're use to nice apartment complexes I would keep looking.
