Apartment Review for Roscommon Place - Dayton, OH

Roscommon is a secured building with intercom access that can be setup to ring on your cell phone, which is great if you happen to be nearby doing laundry when someone stops by. The staff are friendly and outgoing. Repairs are taken care of quickly. The building in of newer construction than some in the area, so the electrical is more up to date and more plentiful. The amenities are plentiful for the buck. Once nice feature is that I can control the temperature in my own apartment, not all apartments are like that. There is off-street parking and a RTA bus stop just outside the building for those who don't drive. There is a place to do laundry on-site, and an added convenience of a compact washer/dryer unit hookup within my Roscommon Apartment. The amenities are plentiful for the buck. Theres a garbage disposal and double sink, a dishwasher, a balcony, a walk-in closet and a small dinning room with a ceiling fan. I am extremely happy to call Roscommon Place my home. I believe the Roscommon apartments are the best value to live in, in the area.
