Apartment Review for Patterson Park Apartments - Dayton, OH

These apartments have been over taken by the trash of the city. Managenent will seem to rent to anyone with money and it looks like nothing but section 8 is living here. It used to be a nice neighborhood with famolies and children but now the apartments have lowered the quality of life. These apartments are very loud and riff raff out all times of the night where you cant sleep and your afraid for your personal property. The advice here, create a neighborhood watch and start calling the police to get these tenants out of this neighborhood!
