Apartment Review for Orchard Glen - Dayton, OH

the apartments are small for the price they charge, neighbors are rude from barking dogs, to loud middle of the night screaming and hollering throwing beer bottles in the street. They let just about anyone rent here! My neighbor was a hooker! Wild cats running through out the neighborhood. The good thing is the maintenance the one guy i dealt with was nice, always professional, and fixed things thoroughly! They never raised my rent which was another good thing because i was forced to stay there another year after my 1st lease ran out because of financial issues. But ran out of there the next year when i could. It is ghetto and white trash central! I wouldn't move there if you want peace and quiet. My car got broken into and someone went through and broke a bunch of peoples car windows out while i was there.
