Apartment Review for Northland Village Apartments - Dayton, OH

I lived in northland village apts for a very hard 8 months. In that time living there I was raising two small children all alone and it was the scariest living conditions to ever have to endure. I remember distinctly one night waking up at around three am to the sound of gun shots. When i went to look out my front bedroom window, there was a man "marching like a soldier" up and down the sidewalk carrying a rifle and shooting it off randomly! My sleeping children were awakened by the noise and terrified! So we went to the safest place we could think of, my sons bedroom and huddled together scared and fell asleep thinking this place is horrendous! I moved to this complex with the intent of getting on my feet. I didnt even last a yr there due to the drugs, crime, loud music, fighting, and just out right repulsive behavior. I would never recommend living here unless you have no other alternatives and need a place for you and your children to live. One last word of advice, if you do move here be prepared for the worst case scenario because that's exactly what you will be living in. Keep to yourself, get on your feet, and get outta there asap!
