Apartment Review for Normandy Club Apartments - Dayton, OH

I live on a ground level apartment and a couple of months ago someone move in upstairs. This person has a treadmill and it rattles the window and pictures on my walls. I have continuously asked the staff to do something about it but I finally got a letter in my door saying they couldn't do anything and to call the police. They didn't even bother listening to the noise, attempt to mediate between us or offer me another solution. I received a LETTER not a phone call. I have decided that I will no longer give them any of my money and am looking for another place. I have lived in apts for years and realize that there is a certain amount of noise that you should expect however this was excessive.
