Apartment Review for Meadows Of Catalpa - Dayton, OH

If you're looking for a smooth move into a new place this is not for you. The office staff is very unprofessional and unorganized. My place was not ready when promised and I was coming from out of town. The place they put me in had 3 pages of maintenance issues that they still are fixing. I didn't even have are frigerator when I moved in. The walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors do. The only good thing is the apartment is a nice size. I would not recommend anyone move here. You can find better.
