Apartment Review for Meadows Of Catalpa - Dayton, OH

Where do I begin, initially I thought I was getting great value for my dollars. I moved in during a time that prices were very reasonable and felt really good about that. However, after my first year was over and it was time for renewal the price went up $120.00 per month. I felt really betrayed as the leasing agent stated that the rent would not increase more than $25-30 dollars when it was time for renewal. Unfortuantelly, I went along with the increase as I just didn"t feel like moving again at the time. I have sinced reported some issues that needed to be taken care of such as painting the counters replacing some tof the carpet and installing a over the range microwave. Know one every addressed any of these issues with me, Its as if I didn"t matter. Who ever is responsible for removal of snow off the side walks and walk ways really let us down over the past few weeks it just didn't happend.
