Apartment Review for Meadows Of Catalpa - Dayton, OH

Several cars have been broken into including mine. My window leaked and the matinence man came and fixed it. The property manager agreed to reimburse me for a damaged text book. The next week a new property manager took over. She said for me to use my renter's insurance. My carpet has a big stain in it. When I moved in they said they would take care of it. They did have the carpet shampooed, but the stain didn't come out, so they said they couldn't do anything it. I renewed the lease once and they raise my rent $25. Now my lease is up again and they told me it has to be raised again. I will not pay more to live here. How come other apartment complexes entice you by taking money off of your rent for renewing.
