Apartment Review for Meadows Of Catalpa - Dayton, OH

The apartment is very spacious and nice and was happy in the first year of living here, but I have a leak in the roof which caused water damage in the ceiling and the wall. The leak started last summer 2002 and have reported it numerous times and to this date the management has only told me that they will get to it. The entrance light outside my door burns out often. At first the light was always replace right away. Recently, after the break-in of my apartment it took several weeks before the light was replaced. The complex is too large to be managed and maintained on a limited personnel, although the management is professional.
