Apartment Review for Irongate Manor - Dayton, OH

We have lived here for 7 years and never been satisfied with Irongate. If we could have afforded to live somewhere else, we would have been out long ago. Mold growing in the apartments, ceiling falling in around the vent in the bathroom, carpets left untacked in doorways, mold....the list goes on and on. These problems have been brought to the 4 different managers that we've had and no one has ever done anything to remedy them. Then they try to blame YOU that the units get so bad. The false advertising just goes to prove the lies they spew. Only a couple units have washer dryer hook ups and none that I know of have dishwashers. This place is a dump and really a stain on the city of Centerville. Glad we got out when we did!
