Apartment Review for Heritage Knoll - Dayton, OH

I lived there for three years and had both bad and good experience.

I like the area, the Kroger is accross the street, Cub Food is few minutes away, easy access to I-675, quiet area around.

The parking is terrible if you get an apartment right on Bigger road, you would have to park across the busy road or walk all the way around apartment complex to the parking. Do not get apartment right on Bigger road, it is very noisy and your bedroom windows will face the busy road.

We rented two bedroom apartment and roof constantly licked in smaller bedroom. Maintenance usually came within couple of days, but even though they would always say it got fixed it never did. Then one year after heavy snow, roof licked big time in many apartments on the property that we all had to move to the hotel for about one week. The management paid the hotel bill and paid for electric bill so they took care of everything. The problem is that the roof licked again next year.

Initially we rent it very cheap and it was worst it. The new magement raised a price by $60 and it was not worst it.
