Apartment Review for Fountainhead Apartments - Dayton, OH

This has to be one of the worst places to live in all of Dayton, and its not even the projects....yet. Management is impossible to deal with. The roaches seemed to take over the place when the new mngmt took control. The security was more concearned with if your car was parked straight other than the weed smoking in the hallways. Squeaky ceilings, floors, walls, the list of bad things goes on an on. If you like weed smoke, loud music, loud children, loud neighbors, slippery parking lots during the winter, an infestation of roaches, poor mngmt,and a dangerous environment, THIS PLACE IS 4 YOU!!! If you're like the other 99% of society, stay away from FOUNTAINHEAD Apts.
