Recently the property has new onsite property management. Issues are addressed in a prompt friendly manner. Problems that had existed before are dwindling away as management does not approve of congregating in the hallways, smaoking in the hallways. Yes there are still those slight occassions when there may be an issue. But management does help all residents with any of the prolems.  Need to rent an apartment?
