Apartment Review for Fountainhead Apartments - Dayton, OH

While I was living in this apartment complex, I compiled a list of things that were wrong from the start that I used as reason for terminating my lease. I moved into these apartments with the promise that they were in great shape and a superb place to reside. Within the first week of living here I had to request new screens, make constant calls about the noise level, and avoid people offering to sell marijuana. I was young and didn't let this bother me right away because I figured everywhere has it's downfalls. Unfortunately this was pretty much a constant mudslide. The management would do little to nothing to solve the noise problems and if you plan to do something about it yourself, you should prepare for a confrontation from the other tenants. People were walking around bragging how they were stealing cable and looking for "hook ups" for marijuana and other substances. I even saw one of the "security guards" they had hired walking around smoking marijuana with some of the people there. The buildings reeked of the stuff and there was constant alarm in the building. Most tenants seemed to just let their children run wild and do whatever they please from playing in the parking lot to playing in the "stream" by the gazebo. No one ever really tended to use the gazebo as it constantly reeked of marijuana or was having echos from all the tenants playing music to see who can out do whom. Overall I would never recommend this place to a friend or even someone I dislike for the simple fact it is an unsafe living area. I recall an incident in which one of my bathtub pipes wsa having an issue and it took just short of a month to get it fixed correcly. if you have no where else to go, then at least ts a roof on your head, supposing
