Apartment Review for Eagle Ridge - Dayton, OH

I lived in Eagle Ridge for over 3 years. The first year was good. New Manager Frances took over. She is rude to tenants. Last winter when it snowed she said she had "one man and a shovel" on property. I missed work because I couldnt get out of parking lot. She states she does a credit and criminal check on tenants. There is a registered sexual offender living on property. Pet policy is a joke. Lease states pets 40 pounds and under, yet there are large dogs here. One almost bit my daughter. When I complained Frances said she wasn't manager when that dog moved in. Bugs in some units. Maintance is slow and takes more than one time to fix anything.
