Apartment Review for Daytona Village Apartments - Dayton, OH

This is an ______ apartment overall. When we first moved in last year around June things have been ok. Maintenance is not that bad. I did have to try a couple of times for them to fix my bath tub because it kept stopping up, either the first one didn't care, or he was new and was afraid to say he didn't know what the hell he was doing. But the second one fixed it no problem. The always give good notice about the extermination on bugs and other things like that. Management is fairly nice especially Mary. I do not however like how the walls are paper thin though. You can hear everything that is said if it is loud enough, which doesn't take much. We have some domestic violence cases as far as the crazies that keep bangin on the person's door, or throwing rocks at the window, or fighting and throwing things in the apartment. Someone has broken into a few people's cars in 2006, and now most recently, TODAY someone, or some people have broken into a lot of people's cars, smashing all windows and supposedly breaking into their trunks also taking very valuable belongings!!!.....hmmmmm, wonder what's gonna happen......the decision is up to you......
