Apartment Review for Dayton Towers Apartments - Dayton, OH

This renting experience has been awful. We have had a ridiculous amount of issues with the staff and proper maintenance has been a huge problem as well. The pool is nice and the new decorations i the lobby are beautiful, but the actual residential units inside the building are awful. The appliances are old and outdated. Our stove broke and the manager told us we could not get a new one because they quit making those kind and newer models would not fit in the current space. Awesome. That is just an example of the issues we've had with them. We are fed up and waiting til our lease ends so we can get out and can repress this awful leasing experience!
