Apartment Review for Dayton Towers Apartments - Dayton, OH

All utilites are paid for. We recently got new windows/blinds, the lobby, hallways and basement were redone. Maintenance is very excellent about fixing problems right away. The management staff is very friendly. Great views of downtown the higher up you are. I can see fireworks from my window. We have a pool, plenty of parking. The only drawback is that it is an older building. Kitchens need renovating. Carpet needs replaced. Heating/Air issues from time to time. Can be frustrating when it's very hot or very cold. Plumbing/Water issues. Nice apt to start out or if you need to save money.
