Apartment Review for Creekside Villas - Dayton, OH

My apartment was brand new when I moved in over six years ago, I was its first tenant. Since the units are all one-story and built on a concrete slab, there is a problem with bugs creeping in under the walls. I'm not overrun with vermin but the pill bugs and crickets are annoying. I even had mice find their way in a couple years ago. The place is set up for folks over the age of 55, so there are no loud parties, screaming kids, and obnoxious teenagers running around. However, the interior walls are not sound proof and loud TVs and music, not to mention arguing neighbors, are rather easy to hear. There is no security provided here but the Moraine police and fire departments are quick to respond. On the positive side, maintenance and grounds keeping are excellent. Requests are promptly answered but suggestions for obvious improvements are ignored. I give the place four stars out of five.
