This place has gone downhill very fast. It is a unique half and half combination of an overly strict landlord and terrible tenants. Your maintenance issues wont be fixed, and the landlord will ignore you anyway she can. Say the wrong word to her, and the landlord will make sure you get kicked out. Her confidence in herself is a stark odd contrast to the other half of courtyard, the half which thrives on drugs and incessant arguing and threatening attitudes towards each other. There is a reason this place is offering cheap deals, dont move here and make the same mistake I did. My wife and I hate it, and the greene doesnt help things at all.
