I have lived at Courtyard of Kettering for 3yrs and my husband hates it, neighbors upstairs are very loud and rude, the kitchen sink is still broke but instead of fixing the problem she the landlord is moving us to a one bedrm instead of a 2bedroom apt its not worth living here, just because of the greene shopping center it aint worth it!  Need to rent an apartment?
