Apartment Review for Courtyards Of Kettering - Dayton, OH

I had multiple maintenance issues within my apartment that were never addressed, calls are NEVER returned. If you need something from them, you better have a good eye for the car she drives. Even if they are in though, most of the time the front door and the building door are locked so they do NOT have to deal with any issues. Also very thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. Oh, and some of the people who live there are not the nicest, slim pickings on the nice ones. Also, if you wanted a balcony as advertised, they are currently torn down and have been for 3 or so months, so give it another year and maybe you'll be paying the right amount of rent.
