Apartment Review for Country Brooke Apartments - Dayton, OH

No security and lighting isn't great, however there doesn't seem to be any real crime going on. Parking is decent, though sometimes people tend to blare their radios into the later hours of the night. They do tend to get to know their renters better then some places I've lived, but if you ask for some of the smaller things you need you may have to wait awhile. Management seems to be on top of things though they've switched through a few people lately. The apartments are plenty roomy, the living room especially. The bedroom was able to accompany my queen bed and 2 dressers nicely with spare room for a full-sized stereo and tv/tv stand. The kitchen is made for one person though which isn't a big problem unless you plan to show off your cooking skills with others for some reason. Again I have to restate neighbors can be pretty loud, but overall it tones down during the night hours. Overall good quality apartments, much better then some of my previous residences, especially being right off a busier road. Would definitely recomend to friends. The only big con is that it's heavilly wooded, supplying a large number of insects, and most buildings have open windows in the stairwells that let bugs in.
