Apartment Review for Colonial Court - Dayton, OH

Consider colonial court only if you cannot afford a better place to live. No I am not a bot, not paid to write review. I am a current resident of the apartment. Let me justify the rankings I gave to the apartment. Safety wise, the apartment is alright. You will see plenty of shady people who are just sitting bums. They won't harm you, but they are not friendly either. It is hard to find sensible people who live here. Parking is in abundance, no parking permit necessary, friends can park for free. Never seen a towing truck in the apartment complex. Appearance, well you are not paying for a luxurious condo, so don't worry about appearance. You live here because you don't have money. I found cigarette butts of old resident in my apartment. Office stuff, phew just consists of Charlene and her husband. It is hard to make them respond to any complains which you might have. They want the rent on time, but that is where the story stops. Often it takes about a couple of months for them to respond to simple complains. Even then they try to brush it off as doesn't requires fixing. So good luck getting things fixed once they are broken. The owners will appear nice when you sign the lease, but won't care once you are done. Noise level is beyond tolerable a lot of times. A granny near my apartment plays music like Mike Jagger. Bottomline, live here if you want to live cheap, don't care about broken stuff, it is the way to go.
