Apartment Review for Cloud Park Apartments - Dayton, OH

Since I have been here, I've had to deal w/a vandalized car, domestic distubances from the neighbors at 3:00 a.m., maintenance problems (hot water only stays on for about 15 min, shoddy electric, very unclean apartment when moving in). Staff acts like they seem concerned about problems, but nothing is done about them. Maintenance comes over, but really doesn't do much to solve the problem. An appliance of mine broke from their shoddy electric, so I went over to asked the staff if they could do anything for me for compensation on it. Answered quickly w/ "It's not our fault, sorry." Tenants should not have to plunk out $ on new items when its clearly the apts faulty outlets. Have noticed though that a lot of older couples, rather than college partiers, live here, but still does not make up for vandalizing ones car. You'd think it would be quiet. Ducks and swans are also annoying. Hear them at 4:00 a.m.!
