Apartment Review for Cbert Properties - Dayton, OH

This apartment is a great place to live. There is no apartment on earth that does not have its technical problems with the building. The woman who wrote that last review used to live beneath me and she was the biggest pain about this building. All the tenants took a sigh of relief when she moved out. All land lords beware of her. She will cause you nothing but trouble. She complains about everything under the sun. Instead of politely knocking on one's door to ask to be quiet, she uses some sort of device to bang on the ceiling really, really hard and expects that to be obeyed. She once shut off my washing machine while it was in the middle of a cycle because it made her shower cold. I had a plumber check this out and they said this should not be the case. Hmmm....... This is a nice building with a land lord that is "Johnny on the spot" when it comes to taking care of tenant's problems. From the interactions I had with the woman downstairs, I think she needs to be institutionalized! RENT HERE!!!!!
