Apartment Review for Carrolton Pointe Apartments - Dayton, OH

Although this apt. is tucked away in a great spot in a friendly neighboorhood with great views of the city, the rest is completely and totally horrible.The buildings are so old that in a room with 3 electrical sockets your lucky if the bottom of one works!None of the windows or sliding glass door latches all the way so our apt. is constantly filled with flies,mosquitoes,just anything you find outside.In the winter,WITH plastic over the window we had to invest in heating blankets and heaters just to survive.The maintenance is friendly but useless,you have to call for days and days just to get simple things fixed like no lights in the outside parking area(I'm talking pitch black here lol).You never know when you will get home to no water in your apt. with no notes or any idea how long it will last.Our mailbox door doesnt even latch properly and we walk up to an open mailbox more often than not.Even the pool is overcroweded and rarely filtered!There is absolutely nothing about this apt. that I would recomend!
