Apartment Review for Barrington - Dayton, OH

I suppose there is worse, but their supposed 'security'company is virtually non existant. You can hear gun-shots at night, several apartments have 'heavy traffic' in and out at night with cars waiting frequently (you know what I mean), good luck with maintanence. The pictures they show you on the net are only a couple of 'up front' buildings. The rest have outside structure falling apart, brick walls are missing bricks, wood 'barrier's between balconys are missing wood and in some cases No wood (barrier) at all. Good luck with maintanence. You're lucky if they show up even after several calls. Good luck with anyone from management calling you back too! DO NOT rent from a website that promises money back like Rent.com. You'll never see it. The management has to send paperwork to them first acknowledging your rental...it will not happen. Very poor area for security. Several apartments had been broken into...some missing windows with only a board over the former glass.
