Apartment Review for Amhurst Apartments - Dayton, OH

Even though this is an older community, and things do go wrong from time to time, the maintenance team is on it. They get things fixed within a day or two if it is not an emergency and are always courteous to me and my husband. The office people are good about enforcing rules for us who pay rent to live in a peaceful community. Even though we have not lived here but six months, we have enjoyed it so far. Some of our neighbors have lived here for over 10 years so we feel very comfortable in the community we chose.
