With these people, get EVERYTHING repaired right away, and make sure they document EVERYTHING you do and EVERYTHING they agree to do. They forced me to pay for carpet damage that was already in the apartment when I moved in because the property manager failed to document my move-in checklist. Turns out that she didn't document ANYTHING that she had worked out with me. GET IT IN WRITING AND MAKE DUPLICATE COPIES!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
