Apartment Review for Barrington Apartments - Dayton, OH

Moved in about 3 months ago. Here are the facts: trash overflowing due to reduction in number of dumpsters, trash floating in open water meter resevoirs, laundry machines not functioning, maintenance men breaking into apartments, many vacant units and buildings, no CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher boxes locked, fire exit signs broken, and owner shows a 100K plus unpaid tax bill. Could be headed into a tax foreclosure. Current residents breaking leases to leave....dont be one of the few moving in!
