Apartment Review for 3001 Idlewilde Blvd - Dayton, OH

This management of this small 8 unit apartment was taken over in 2004 by GGC Realty out of Cincinnati, then purchased in 2005. Prior to that the small complex was run by a very efficient and a "hands on" kind of owner. Since GGC took over this complex has gone downhill fast. I personally have witnessed drug traffic at all hours of the night. The quality of the most recent renters leaves much to be desired. They are young people who drive very expensive cars. If you enjoy people coming and going at all hours of the day and night and not offended by loud rap music then this is the place for you. I had both vehicles broken into in a 3 day time period. Resident guests are totally inconsiderate of those who live there. A very terrible place to call home. Repairs are attempted, but rarely taken care of. It took over a year to get downstairs main entrance door fixed and it's still not right. Assigned parking is ignored. The beautiful grounds are falling into disrepair. Management headquarters is out of town and very nonresponsive. DO NOT RENT
