Apartment Review for 12 Waller Ave. - Dayton, OH

Not only is it difficult to keep up with four (yes I said four!) landlords, the apartments themselves(that rent for $490 for a small, overly hot, spider-infested, two bedroom)are very poorly made(can hear EVERTHING in apartments above and below) and are nowhere near being a desireible place to live. I lived there with my family and never once in our year there did I feel safe or even repected. If you choose to live there, I strongly suggest that you speak to the other tenents about the over-all environment before you commit to a lease.
